Walker Quarries were looking to increase their production of sand product with an upgrade to their existing sand wash plant at Marrangaroo.
Walker Quarries commissioned Crossmuller in early 2022 to consult and carry out the civil engineering and construction of their new sand plant site along with mechanical and electrical installations.

Walker Quarries were looking to increase their production of sand product with an upgrade to their existing sand wash plant at Marrangaroo.

The Project
The Walker Quarries project has allowed Crossmuller to display its wide range of capabilities from civil engineering and design right through to commissioning of equipment and production.
On this project, Crossmuller was commissioned to consult with stakeholders and manage the civil engineering, Construction, Mechanical and Electrical installation of third party equipment.
The benefit of Crossmuller for Walker Quarries was that they had one company handling almost every aspect of the project from start to finish.
Crossmuller’s experience with a similar project completed earlier in 2022 for reDirect Recycling which included most of the same equipment was another reason Walker Quarries was confident in our ability to provide an end to end solution for their new sand wash plant.
